Rick Roach
District 3
Mr. Rick Roach was elected to the school board in November 1998 and was re-elected to a fourth term in 2010. He has been a resident of Orange County for thirty years. He holds a bachelor of science degree in education and master of arts degree in education and educational psychology.
Rick Roach was a teacher, counselor and coach in Orange County for 14 years. For the last 25 years he has trained over 18,000 educators in classroom management and course delivery skills in six eastern states.
Rick Roach serves on the board of the Orange County Foundation.
Rick Roach is the father of five children and he has two grandchildren.
